Our executives and staff members are very well known specialists in the security industry; their extensive education and experience ranges from the legal and security professions, including but not limited to former Superintendent of the Puerto Rico Police Department, complex civil and criminal litigant attorneys, Security and Safety Director for Hilton International, and executive protection professionals. We are members of the most prestigious international security organizations, such as the Academy of Security Educators and Trainers (ASET), the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), the Nine Lives Associates (NLA), the International Association for Hospital Security (IAHS), the National Organization of Chiefs of Police (NACP), and the National Association for Victim Assistance (NOVA); as well as graduates from the Federal Bureau of Investigations National Academy and the Executive Protection Institute’s Personal Protection Specialist degree (P.P.S.).

As a result of this acquisition St. James now offers a full spectrum of integrated physical and electronic security services that meets and exceeds our clients’ expectations; from physical security, to an on location (or remote) monitoring center, and our rapid response team to offer immediate assistance when required. With the assistance of GM Security Technologies, our affiliate company, we have developed special projects to improve security measures and administration for several clients, to foster the use of state of the art electronic security applications along with consulting services to assess their need and correct implementation.
On June, 2005, St, James Security Services, Inc. acquired Ready and Responsible Security, Inc., which account for contracts in the Federal and Local government in compliance with Homeland Security, USCG, Industrial and Pharmaceutical clients with stringent regulatory requirements.
